Every book below has been rated on a scale of 1 to 5 — 💧 for moisture, 🌶️ for spice. We tried to keep it civilized. Some books had other plans. A single 💧 means we felt something, barely. A single 🌶️ means there's spice in there if you squint. A 🌊 means we blew past 5 and needed a mop. A 💨 means our perimenopausal bodies are drier than the Sahara and so is the book.
